Beth Leah Waggamon

Beth Leah Waggamon, age 63, of West Alexandria, OH passed away on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Kettering Health Main Campus in Dayton. She was born January 27, 1963 in Greenville, OH to the late William and Marilyn (Robbins) Schlechty.

Beth graduated from Arcanum High School in 1981 and from Miami University with a Bachelor's degree in Education in 1985. She taught at East Elementary in Eaton in the mid 1980s and later at a private daycare in Dayton. She worked at the Preble County Fairgrounds as an office manager for many years. She enjoyed crafting, building Lego sets and crocheting.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years Jon R. Waggamon; daughter Chelsea (Kody) Lane; grandson Kessler Lane; and several other family members.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 2:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 W. Main Street, Eaton, OH.
