So sorry to hear about Betty and your families loss. I have memories of Woody, Betty and Ray when they lived up on 127, My parents , Madge and Gib Marshall were great friends. The Sowder family were always fun to visit. Betty and my mother worked together at the VA in Dayton. Betty was always happy!I will always cherish memories of her.

Betty is my one and only Mother in law and she has been the best. Being married to Ray for 36 years she became my Mother. I shall miss our talks and jokes , we could talk about any subject and make each other laugh. After Ray passed she was the one that I talked to the most, one because I could but also she understood because he was her son but also because she had lost her husband Woody so we knew how each other felt and we even made each other laugh about that sometimes. I've called her Grandma since almost the beginning of meeting her. She will always be the treasure in all our life's. Hug an kiss Ray for me Grandma. Love you, Candy

I am so sorry for the loss of Betty, what a sweet woman she was and oh so smart. She was a great friend of my Mother Melba Watts and I remember them chatting about life events and laughing it up in our kitchen many a day. I did a Bible study with her, my Mom and several ladies and her knowledge about Jesus was so evident, she loved him so. Betty and Melba each had a granddaughter born a day apart, and these two Grandmas were sure that Bettys granddaughter Lacey and my daughter Ashley would become the best of friends over time, and they were right there dream came true they are great friends. Lacey has the love of people and for Jesus just like her Grandma Betty. Its been a blessing to know Betty and her family. Again Im so sorry for your loss. Im so glad I got to visit with Betty this past summer.
