Brian Michael Carr, age 64, of West Manchester, OH passed away on Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, OH. He was born August 24, 1957 in Columbus, OH. He is survived by his mother Mary Anne Carr; aunt Charlene Pool; and numerous other relatives and friends. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
