Brian L. Frank, passed away December 1, 2023 at Hospice of Dayton. Born on September 8, 1965 in Portland, IN to Robert and June (Sheller) Frank. Brian is survived by his parents, sisters Betsy (Richard) McCloud, Belinda Frank and brothers Bret (Karen), Bruce (Michelle) and Brad (Lek) Frank. In addition, he had many beloved nieces, Jorey McCloud and Hannah (Jareth) Florez; and nephews, Jared and Jeremy McCloud, Alan and Aiden Frank, Sean (Elizabeth) and Daniel Frank and Cooper Layman.
Brian saved his mother’s life by donating her one of his kidneys. Brian graduated from Eaton High School in 1984. He worked for several years at Millers Grocery in Eaton then spent over 30 years with Lewisburg Container. Brian was an avid automobile race fan attending numerous events including several Indianapolis 500’s. He was also a 35-year member of the Sports Car Club of America campaigning his beloved Ford Fiestas in the Improved Touring and Production categories. Brian had multiple class wins, several regional championships and qualified for the National Championship runoffs at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in 2016 and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in 2017. He was a military history buff and enjoyed gardening, his morning coffee and his big comfy chair. His family enjoyed his sense of humor and will all miss our best friend.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 6th from 12:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2:00 pm at Gard Funeral Home, 226 W. Main St, Eaton, OH. Burial will follow at the Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH.
