Carol J. Mann

Carol J. Mann, age 75, of Eaton, OH passed away Monday, April 29, 2024.  She was born December 25, 1948 in Dayton, OH to the late Harold E. and Georgia Eloise (Stover) Newkirk.  Carol was a 1967 graduate of Eaton High School; was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #322, West Alexandria, OH; she ran squad for 27 years for the city of Eaton; and retired from Wal-Mart in Eaton.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Danny Mann.  She is survived by her sons Rodney (Annette) Mann of Eldorado and Wade (Jennifer) Mann of New Paris; grandchildren Danika Mann of Lewisburg and Wade Daniel Mann of New Paris; step great grandson Angel Gonzalez; sister Becky (Rob) Horine of Eaton; several half-brothers and half-sisters; niece Jodie (Dale) Tackett of Tipp City; great niece Kortney Tackett (Katrina Franchelle) and great nephew Ryan Tackett; and special friend Warren Gibbs.  Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2024 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 W.
