Charles "Randy" Webb

Charles “Randy” Webb, age 64, of Liberty, IN passed away on Monday, April 6, 2026 at Reid Health in Richmond, IN. He was born on June 17, 1961 in Richmond to the late Charles D. and Nancy (Apsley) Webb.

Randy spent his working years in loss prevention services. As a young adult he served as an MP in the United States Army. He was a huge Cincinnati Reds fan, his favorite player being Pete Rose.

He is survived by his children Jennifer Thompson of Richmond, Kristy (Nick) Belz and Melinda (Austin) Ludwick, both of Muncie, IN and Rin (Mak) Ciner of Camanche, IA; grandchildren Sophia Thompson, Kaleb Thompson, Liam Thompson and Nellie Thompson; sister Becky (David) DeWitt of Montgomery, TX; nephew Austin Baeumlisberger; and niece Briana Emmons.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026 at 10:00 am at Sims-Brier Cemetery in Franklin County, IN with Pastor David DeWitt officiating.
