Dana K. Anderson

Dana K. Anderson, age 62, of Eaton, OH passed away on Wednesday, June 4, 2025. He was born July 6, 1962 in Salinas, CA. Dana grew up in Santa Rosa, CA. He loved music, specifically Lynyrd Skynyrd, and was an excellent guitarist. He was always tinkering in his garage; he would restore knives and enjoyed woodworking. He was a highly intelligent man and would tell you random fun facts about anything and everything. He was an animal lover and would care for any animal that he came across. He was an avid fisherman, and always had a fishing pole with him just in case he came across a pond while he was driving. He worked at SK Mold & Tool in Tipp City, OH as a machinist for many years and was very close with his coworkers. He was preceded in death by his father Frank Cole; brothers Alan Cole and Mark Cole; uncle Dee Cole; and nephew Nathan Anderson. He is survived by his son Randy (Brittany) Anderson of Eaton, OH; daughter Kristin (Michael) Parris of Lewisburg, OH; mother Gloria Cole of Eaton, OH; grandchildren Lyla Allen, Sydney Anderson, Declan Anderson, Llewyn Parris; brothers Jim (Mary) Anderson, Frank Cole and Bob Cole, all of Arkansas; sister Christy Imes of California; and numerous nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held on Friday, June 13, 2025 from 5:00 PM until the time of the memorial service at 7:00 PM at the Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 226 W. Main Street, Eaton, OH.
