Doris M. Favorite-Munn

Doris M. Favorite-Munn, age 90, of Eaton, passed away Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the Vancrest Health Care Center, Eaton. She was born February 14, 1926 in Burville, TN to the late Otto and Mattie Mae Hurst. She was a member of Grace Brethren Church, West Alexandria. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband Jack Favorite; second husband Delno Munn; step grandson Dylan Roach; brothers George and Vernon Hurst; and sisters Thelma Lipovsky, Velma Officer and Erma Knotts. She is survived by her sons Jim Favorite and Steve (Sandy) Favorite both of Eaton; step daughters: Marlene, Laurie, Pamela and Jackie; grandchildren: Steve (Pam), Jay (Angie), Jimmy (Julie) and Nathan Favorite; step grandchildren: Janelle Stevenson, Jennifer Watkins, Jackie Otherson, Missy Withrow and Troy (April) and Chris (Jenny) Roach; sister Lois Davidson; and numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017 from 11:00 am until time of funeral services at 1:00 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton.
