Helen Louise Comer

Helen Louise Comer, age 83, of Eaton, OH passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at Vancrest of Eaton Health Care Center.  She was born September 23, 1938 in Montgomery County, OH to the late Howard H. and Irene L. (Eubank) Comer.  Helen was a past 4-H leader and member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ingomar where she previously taught Sunday School.  Helen was also a member of the Coterie Club in West Alexandria; and also served on the Lanier Alumni Committee for several years.  She is survived by her nieces and nephew: Cheryl Green (Rob) of Tennessee, Debbie Tackett of South Lebanon and Jerry (Shiela) Tackett of Eaton; and several great nieces and nephews and great great nieces and nephews.  A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, May 9, 2022 at Twin Valley Cemetery, Enterprise Road, West Alexandria, OH.  Gard Funeral Home (formerly Lindloff-Zimmerman), West Alexandria is assisting the family with arrangements.  Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.gardfuneralhome.com.
