Helen Marie Cox

Helen Marie Cox, age 82, of Brookville, OH, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at the Village Green Nursing Home in Greenville, OH. She was born March 4, 1943 in Ft. Benning, GA to the late Oscar and Ora Fillers.

She married Phil Cox on July 26, 1953 and was married until Phil’s passing on June 24, 2020. She retired as a Respiratory Therapist from Grandview Hospital in 2009.

She is survived by her son Stephen (Danae) Cox and grandchildren Kyleigh Cox and Hunter Cox.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Eaton is assisting the family with arrangements.
