Jerry R. Hartman

Jerry R. Hartman, age 59, of Eaton, OH passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born September 11, 1967 in Hamilton, OH.

Jerry was a 1985 graduate of Preble Shawnee High School; he worked at General Motors in Dayton for 25 years; he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle, taking many trips across the United States; and he also enjoyed being outdoors, camping, mushroom hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his father George R. Hartman; and nephew Joshua Renner.

He is survived by his mother Karen (Keith) Baker of Oxford; son Scott Hartman (fiancé April) of Eaton; daughter Whitney Hartman (Christie Tilton) of Eaton; granddaughter Kenlee Hartman of Eaton; sister Elaine (Joe) Renner of Eaton; niece Kellie Renner of Camden; nephews Alan Renner and Brandon Renner both of California; and lifelong friend Michael Boomershine of Eaton.
