Joanne was a hard-working, one of a kind and I was lucky enough to have worked with her on some City-related projects, White Christmas, Bicentennial, dedication of Clarence Hook Park, among the ones most memorable. Her dedication and concern for every detail was an inspiration, you know it was done right. Joanne certainly made her mark . My deepest sympathy to Jim.

Im so sorry to learn of Joannes passing. She was a sorority sister of mine for many years and was known for carrying whatever was needed in her purse! We loved to tease her about that. Joanne was faithful and true to her job and everything she set out to accomplish in her community. She will be missed by many. Jim, you have my deepest sympathy in your loss. Bonnie Harris Hunt
