John F. McClellan, Sr.

John F. McClellan Sr., age 89, of Eaton, OH passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, December 14, 2020.  He was born May 5, 1931 in Eaton to the late Frank and Fannie (Wysong) McClellan.  He retired from Dow Chemical in West Alexandria, OH.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Anna M. McClellan who passed away in 2013; daughter Pamela Sue Gonzales; and numerous brothers and sisters.  He is survived by his beloved companion Victoria “Vickie” Rader of Eaton; daughter Melissa A. (Bill) Conley and grandson Joseph of West Alexandria, OH; son John F. (Ronda) McClellan, Jr. of Cabot, AR; five additional grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Jim High officiating. Burial will follow in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. Friends will be received from 2:00 to 5:00 pm on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at the funeral home.
