KATHERINE (BELL) CASTO, 84 of Bradenton, FL, formerly of West Alexandria and Eaton, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 28, 2011 at Tidewell Hospice Bradenton, with husband, children, grand-children, brothers and sisters at her side. Born on September 12, 1927 in Knott County, KY the daughter of Mitchell Sr. and Maude (Shepherd) Dobson, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and was very devoted to her family. Kay worked for Parker Hannifin Corporation for over 30 years, loved to crochet and knit and sew, and participated on several local bowling teams and playing cards with her family. Proceeded in death by husbands Douglas Terry and Robert Bell, daughter Connie Terry, brother Mitchell JR Dobson, sister Claudia Mueller, brother-in-laws Tracy Jones and Robert Ball and sister in law Mary Lou Keehner. Kay is survived by her husband James Albert Casto of Bradenton, Fl; Sisters Hazel (Don) Morrison, Clydia (Paul) Schuerman, Janet Jones, Maxine (Chester) Lock, Joyce (Allen) Martin and Beverly (Gene) Wiseman; and Brothers James (Althalee) Dobson and Robert (Betty) Dobson; Sisters-in-law Prudy Dobson and Sandy Ball; Brothers in law Dave (Sherry) Bell and Bill Keehner; a son Donald D. Terry and partner Bill Abrahamsen of Wellington, FL; daughter Deborah J. Kramer and husband H. John of Eaton; 3 Granddaughters Sunny (Chris) Crotts of Lexington, Tiffany Kramer of San Francisco and Megan Kramer of Cincinnati; 2 Great Grandsons Hayden and Kellen of Lexington; Step sons Michael Bell of Eaton and Tony Casto of Florida; Step daughter Jeanette (Jim) Marshall of FL and numerous nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Tinkerbelle Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH with Rev. Chris Farmer officiating. Friends will be received one hour before services. Burial will be in Mound Hill Cemetery, Eaton, OH. Memorial Contribution may be made to The St Paul United Methodist Church Building Fund, 120 N. Maple Street, Eaton, OH 45320 or Tidewell Hospice & Palliative, 3355 26th Street West, Bradenton, FL 34205.
