Kathleen O'Hara Posey

Kathleen O'Hara Posey, passed away peacefully with family and friends at her side on November 17, 2023 after her battle with Multiple Myeloma. She is preceded in death by her parents, Janis and Clayton O'Hara.

Kathy is survived by her children Michael (Margarita) Sorah of St. Petersburg, FL, Karen Sorah O'Hara of Daytona Beach, FL, Jason (Amy) Posey, step grandchildren Mara, Claire, and Chase of Troy, Ohio, and Jeff (Chrissy) Posey, step grandchildren Maddie and Matthew of Cibolo, TX.  She is also survived by her brother Bob (Diane) O'Hara and sister Barbara Cox.  Nieces Susan (John) Gosz and Janis (Brad) Volker and nephews David (Amy) Cox and Dan Cox.

Kathy extends her deepest gratitude to the countless individuals who enriched her career over the years.  Your support, camaraderie, and shared experiences were invaluable to her.  Thank you for being an integral part of Kathy's journey.

She'd also like to express heartfelt gratitude to family and friends who filled her life with warmth and joy.  Your love brought comfort and laughter making every moment more meaningful.  Thank you for being a cherished individual in her life. 

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 30, 2023 from 10:00 am until time of Celebration of Life service at 11:00 am at the Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 226 W. Main Street, Eaton, OH.  Inurnment will follow at Mound Hill Cemetery in Eaton.
