Kathy Thralls

Kathy Thralls, age 65, of Eaton, OH passed away Sunday, December 31, 2023 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, OH.  She was born August 11, 1958 in Richmond, IN to the late Charles Edward and Jean Ann (Wysong) Shafer.  Kathy was a 1976 graduate of Eaton High School; she retired from the Finance Department at Neaton Auto Products in 2022; and also was the former owner of Cobblestone Craft Store in Eaton.  Kathy always had a love for all animals, enjoyed cooking and reading, and watching the Andy Griffith Show and Hallmark Channel.  She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Evan Thralls of Eaton; son Mike (Melanie) Thralls of Indianapolis; daughters Jennifer (Issac) Sketo of Franklin, IN and Tracy (Michael) Navarro of Bloomington, IN; grandchildren Ashley Sketo, Zachary Sketo, Jillian Navarro and Alejandro Navarro; brother Mike (Michelle) Shafer of Eaton; sisters Lisa (Shawn) Cox of Eaton, Carolyn Shade of Eaton and Pam Beeman of Richmond; and numerous nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024 from 10:30 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home, 226 W.
