Kevin Neighbors, age 55, of West Alexandria, OH passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2019.  He was born January 29, 1964 in Dayton, OH to Garnett and Janice Neighbors.  He is survived by his parents Garnett and Janice Neighbors of West Alexandria, OH; sister Gayle (Michael) Back of West Alexandria, OH., a niece; Sara Erber, and 5 nephews; Adam Back, David Back, Nathan Back, Isaac Back and Noah Back and 8 great nieces and nephews.
