Mark Thomas Nuse

Mark Thomas Nuse, age 41, of Eaton, OH, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at his residence. He was born September 30, 1984 in Dayton, OH to Linda J. (Dininger) Nuse and the late Thomas Frederick “Fred” Nuse.

Mark was a 2003 graduate of Twin Valley High School and attended Ohio State University ATI for two years. He worked at the Preble County Landfill for almost 20 years. He enjoyed refereeing basketball, and coaching little league baseball, softball and football. He volunteered as the camera man at Tri-Village football games for several years and enjoyed helping out with his children’s 4-H horse clubs; he was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan; and was known to often wear bright colors.

He is survived by his wife Toni Nuse; children Allene Nuse and Tommy Nuse; mother Linda Nuse; brother Bryan (Tara) Nuse; sister-n-law Erin Johnson; brother-in-law Tyler Johnson; nieces Lyza and Avery; and nephews Tylan, Hunter, Abel; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 4:00 pm until time of funeral service at 7:00 pm at the Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH (In Mark’s memory, everyone is invited to wear country attire, bright fluorescent or Ohio State Buckeyes attire).
