Melanie Ann Brasher

Melanie Ann Brasher, age 46, of Middletown and formerly of Eaton, passed away Monday, April 9, 2018. She was born April 15, 1971 in Oxford to the Jacki Campbell and the late Gary Osborn. She was also preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Fred Campbell; and paternal grandparents Charles and Hester Osborn. She is survived by her husband Gregory Brasher of Middletown; son Logan Brasher of Camden; stepsons Austin Brasher of Texas and Alec Brasher of Lewisburg; mother and stepfather Jacki and Joe Schriever of Camden; father and stepmother Ron and Betty Shanefelt of Somerville; maternal grandmother Dorothy Campbell of Florida; brothers Lucus (Michelle) Shanefelt of Eaton, Ronnie Shanefelt of West Alexandria and Phillip (Shawna) McKee of Eaton; mother-in-law and father-in-law Peggy and Bob Smith of Eaton; and several aunts, uncles, nephews and cousins. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 6:00 pm until time of memorial service at 7:30 pm at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Pastor Sammy Reed officiating.
