Paul R. Brehm, Sr.

Paul R. Brehm Sr., aged 71, of Eaton, Ohio, passed away quietly at Reid Hospital on Sunday, October 18, 2026 with his family at his side. He was born on February 19, 1955, in Richmond, Indiana, to the late William and Nancy (Myers) Brehm.

Paul enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and being outdoors. Farming and raising cattle was a joy of his, and he loved his miniature donkeys. He retired from Miami Valley Plastics after more than 30 years of employment. Paul was also a Jefferson Township trustee for over eight years.

Paul is survived by his significant other, Nita Burnside of Eaton; son, Paul Jr. (Amy) Brehm of Lewisburg; daughter, Carolyn (Michael) Sweigart of Richmond, Indiana; grandchildren Danyell Huber, Spencer Brehm, and Nathaniel Sweigart; great grandchildren Walker, Aubrey, and Raylen Presley; brother Brian (Nikki) Brehm of Michigan; sister Brenda Brehm of Texas; two nieces; as well as numerous other family members and dear friends.

According to Paul’s wishes, there will be no services. A private burial will take place at the Springlawn Cemetery in New Paris, Ohio.
