Phyllis A. Lantis

Phyllis A. Lantis, age 89, of Pickerington, OH and formerly of Eaton, OH passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at the Amber Park Assisted Living in Pickerington.  She was born May 22, 1931 in West Alexandria to the late Warren and Helen Busch. Phyllis was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Eaton where she strengthened her faith and became actively involved in the quilting mission, choir and other hospitality activities. Phyllis enjoyed playing golf with her husband Paul where they were members of the Eaton Country Club for many years. She loved spending time with her family and took pride in all of their accomplishments. Phyllis was a cancer survivor of 40 years and found opportunities to be of service for the American Cancer Society. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband Paul A. Lantis in 2006, sister Doris King, sister Glora Fudge. She is survived by her sons Steve and wife Denise Lantis of West Chester, OH. Mike and wife Jean Lantis of Reynoldsburg, OH; five grandchildren, Brad (Julie) Lantis, Adam (Allie) Lantis, Julie (Alex) Ann Lantis, Christopher (Meggan) Lantis and Matthew (Rebecca) Lantis; and eight great grandchildren, Madison Lantis, Aiden Lantis, Tyler Lantis, Kyle Lantis, Carly Lantis, Cheyanne Lantis, Elise Lantis and Danielle Lantis.  A private graveside service will be held at Fairview Cemetery in West Alexandria, OH.  Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, Eaton, OH is assisting with arrangements.
