Ronnie D. Wooton

Ronnie D. Wooton, age 77, of Union City, OH and formerly of Eaton, OH passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the JAG Nursing Home in Union City surrounded by family. He was born January 8, 1949 in Leslie County, KY to the late Roy and Mary (Huff) Wooton.

Ronnie retired from Weyerhaeuser Company in Eaton and also spent over 30 years working at Rodney Cobb Chevrolet with his wife Evelyn. He was an avid gardener, enjoyed keeping his yard immaculate and his cars spotless. He especially took pride and dearly loved his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Evelyn Wooton; sons Doug (Julie) Wooton and Ryan (Melissa) Wooton; grandchildren Dylan Burns, Corryn (Daniel) Remaklus and Marissa (Dylan) Filbrun; great granddaughter Marliegh Anspaugh; and numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.
