Sharyn Gail Crouch Nisius

Sharyn Gail Crouch Nisius, age 75, of Verona, OH passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Kettering Medical Center.  She was born November 12, 1947 in Germantown, OH to the late James Belford and Janis Marceline (Patrick) Crouch.  She was a 1965 graduate of Eaton High School; earned her LPN Degree from New Mexico and later earned her R.N. Degree in 1995 from Miami University in Middletown.  She dearly loved spending time with her family.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Dianne “Dee Dee” Chapman; and sister-in-law Martha E. Crouch.  She is survived by her sons Dale (Janet) Nisius and Robbie (Debbie) Nisius; grandchildren Christopher (Tadd), Dustin, Maranda (Jerry) and Andrea; great grandchildren Vincent, Skye and Nova; brothers Gary (Peggy) Crouch and Terry Crouch (Janice Keith); sisters Shelley (Darrell) Friend and Kathy (Jerry) Heffelfinger; numerous nieces and nephews; former husband Ronald Lee Nisius; and special friends Carol Marker and Bobbie Jean Pemberton, Dave Caplinger.  Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 12, 2023 from 10:00 am until time of memorial service at 11:00 am at the Calvary Baptist Church, 14 Dorsey Akers Drive, West Alexandria, OH with Pastor David Spears officiating.  Inurnment will follow at Sugar Grove Cemetery in West Alexandria.  Gard Funeral Home & Cremation Services (formerly Lindloff-Zimmerman), West Alexandria, OH is assisting the family with arrangements.
