Tammy M. Columbe, age 51, of New Lebanon, OH passed away on January 25, 2022. She was born November 5, 1970 in Auburn, Washington to the late David and Linda Stuefen, later in life she gained a second mom named Bonnie Stuefen. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her Nephew Kaden Melton. She is survived by her husband of 23 years William Columbe of New Lebanon, OH; daughters Amelia McCoy of Eaton, Ohio, Laura Columbe of Fairborn, OH and Michelle Columbe of Riverside, OH; sons Christopher Stuefen of Lewisburg, OH and Jessy Iness of Englewood, OH; grandkids Shaylee Stuefen, Lynnzee Stuefen, Ashlee Totten, Joshua Hurst, Jayden Hurst, Silas Hurst, Luka Hurst, Aluna Hurst, Alannah Iness, Lilly Columbe, Peyton Collins, Aiden Gruber, Ebon Gruber, and Kaelyn Gruber; sisters Pamela Stuefen of Dayton, OH, Lisa Schmidt of Woodinville, WA, Julie Chartier of Libby, MN, Paula Logsdon of Dayton, OH; brothers David Stuefen Jr. of Tacoma, WA and Christopher Stuefen of Hoquiam, WA, James Baker, and Johnny Baker; best friend Renee Hines of Dayton, OH; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Family and friends will be received on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 2:00 pm until time of Celebration of Life at 3:00 pm at Gard Funeral Home, 67 W. Dayton St. West Alexandria, OH.
