Virginia A. “Ginger” Filley, age 76, of Gratis, OH passed away Monday, February 1, 2021 at Fort Hamilton Hospital in Hamilton, OH. She was born April 1, 1944 in Preble County, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents Homer and Marguerite Filley; and son J.D. Denny. She is survived by her daughter Jodi (Mike) Fritts of Gratis; son John Denny of Ft. Wayne, IN; 8 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. A private service will be held at the convenience of the family. Lindloff-Zimmerman Funeral Home, Gratis, OH is assisting with arrangements.
