William O. "Bill" Morris

William O. “Bill” Morris, age 62, of Eaton, OH passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Greenbriar Nursing Center, Eaton, OH. He was born September 13, 1949 in Richmond, IN to Vera M. (Ressler) Morris and the late Paul R. Morris. Bill was a U.S. Army Veteran; he earned an Associate Degree from Miami-Jacobs Business College; retired from Baxter/Cardinal Health (formerly Dayton Flex) as a Lab Manager; was an avid remote control helicopter and airplane operator; and was an avid motorcyclist. He was preceded in death by his father Paul R. Morris; maternal grandparents Cletus O. and Rosa A. Ressler; and paternal grandparents Clarence C. and Edna M. Morris. He is survived by his mother Vera M. (companion Boyd Bolinger) Morris of Eaton, OH; sisters Melody A. Reynolds of Eaton, OH and Judith E. Dorsey of Dayton, OH; niece Michelle (Josh) Jones of Huber Heights, OH; nephew Jeff (Anne) Reynolds of Bellbrook, OH; great nephew Stephen Henson; great nieces Julia Henson and Natalie Jones; and former wife Runell Morris of New Zion, SC. Friends will be received from 11:00 am until time of funeral services at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at the Girton Schmidt & Boucher Gard Funeral Home, 226 West Main Street, Eaton, OH with Rev. Roger Stine officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Eaton, OH.
